| Ellen
is a 1993 magna cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist
University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology
and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree from
The University of Chicago Law School in 2000. Prior to joining GGU
as an associate in 2003 , Ellen worked at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering
in Washington, DC, focusing primarily on corporate law matters. Her
work at Wilmer Cutler included mergers and

acquisitions, technology licensing and service
agreements, and internal investigations into financial statement fraud.
Before she began her law practice, Ellen worked as a financial analyst at
Credit Suisse First Boston and Holly Corporation. She is admitted to practice
law in the State of Illinois and the District of Columbia. |
