| Jennifer
L. Hansen is a 1993 magna cum laude graduate of the University
of Dayton, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International
Studies and Spanish. She received her law degree, summa cum laude,
from Tulane University Law School in 1997 where she was a member of
the law review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to
joining GGU in 2003, Jennifer was an associate at Latham & Watkins,
