| Steven
Wayland received his law degree, cum laude,
from Harvard Law School in 1997. Steven is a 1993 graduate of Oklahoma
State University, with honors. He also received a master's degree
from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1994.
Prior to joining GGU, Steven worked at Debevoise
& Plimpton LLP in New York. Steven’s broad corporate experience
includes work on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments,
joint ventures and strategic |

alliances, equityholder arrangements and general
corporate counseling. Steven worked for three years in the legal department
of AT&T Latin America Corp., a telecommunications company that operated
in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru.
