- Action involving claims for delays and disruptions in connection with the construction of sewer system.
- Dispute concerning quality of work performed in connection with the rehabilitation of a bridge.
- Action involving contractor's claims for extras and delay damages and claims of conversion/theft against a contractor in connection with the construction of the Orange Line.
- Action involving claims of breach of contract, promissory estoppel, trespass, and reverse condemnation in connection with the construction of Roosevelt Road Bridge.
- Action involving claims of trespass and nuisance in connection with construction and operation of subway.
- Action concerning claims for extras in connection with construction at Midway Airport.
- Action concerning forged performance/payment bond.
- Numerous actions and disputes concerning construction extras, delays, and acceleration in connection with construction of "el" stops, libraries, subways, roads, and other public improvements.
- Numerous actions concerning public mechanics' liens.
