Henry Harper is a real estate attorney with experience in commercial real estate transactions, lease agreements, and related business matters. His practice includes drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, organizational documents, and other real estate-related materials.

Prior to joining GGU, Henry was a real estate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago where he worked on real estate deals, including supporting corporate deal teams.

Henry received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2025, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Henry was a member of the DePaul Law Review Editorial Board, participated in the DePaul Business Law Clinic and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Henry received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude in Graphic Design from DePaul University in 2020.
